We took the tour to Parma and Modena on our second day in Italy, and found the food and scenery to be very intriguing.
Our guide, Camilla, was very knowledgeable, friendly, charming – another great representative of Lorenzo’s team! She was so well versed in the destinations and her translation skills extended beyond simply words, you can tell she loves what she does. We learned about the production of Prosciutto di Parma, Parmesan Reggiano and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
To get a sense of how much love and care go into these products, be able to meet the very passionate and charismatic producers and sample these regional delicacies was such a unique way to experience the country.
